These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of web design services (“Services”) by iWebmagics.com (“Company”) to the client (“Client”).

1. Scope of Services:

1.1 The Company agrees to provide web design services as outlined in the proposal or agreement between the Company and the Client.

1.2 The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.

2. Payment:

2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the proposal or agreement.

2.2 Payment terms shall be specified in the proposal or agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

3.1 The Client retains ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property provided to the Company for use in the project.

3.2 Upon completion of the project and full payment of fees, the Client shall own the final design and website, excluding any third-party software or elements used in the project.

4. Revisions and Changes:

4.1 The Client may request revisions or changes to the design during the development process. Additional fees may apply for significant changes requested after the initial design phase.

5. Timeline and Delivery:

5.1 The Company agrees to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline specified in the proposal or agreement.

5.2 Delays in project completion may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, such as client feedback, revisions, or changes in project scope.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client or any third party arising from the use or inability to use the website or Services provided.

8. Termination:

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of U.P. Jurisdiction.
